What counts, and what doesn't
- 3 credits need a one-time enrollment. Spend before you enroll and nothing posts, because American Express will not apply it retroactively.
- Credits do not roll over. Whatever is unused when the period ends is gone.
Is it worth the fee?

Up to $424 a year in credits against a $325 fee. On paper the credits more than cover it. Whether it's worth it depends on which ones you'd actually use.
